Which CRMs and property systems do you integrate with?
We work with the common real estate CRMs and property management platforms through their APIs, plus MLS and IDX feeds under your existing data license.
How do you handle fair housing and MLS data rules?
Generated copy and agent responses are screened against fair housing language rules and tested in the eval suite. Listing data is used only as your MLS and IDX agreements allow, and we work inside your broker's compliance review.
Will the agent book showings on its own?
It can, within rules you set: which listings, which hours, which agents. Anything outside those rules goes to a human.
Can you extract data from our existing lease library?
Yes. We run extraction across the backlog with sampling and review, then process new documents as they arrive.
What does a first engagement look like?
Usually the lead response agent or lease extraction, since both pay back quickly. Six to ten weeks to production.
