AI integration

AI integration services for existing systems

Most of the value in business AI sits inside systems that already exist. The CRM, the ERP, the ticket queue, the shared inbox and the spreadsheet that runs month end. The hard part is not the model. It is auth, rate limits, data mapping, partial failures and getting a change approved by the people who own the system.

  • CRM integration
  • ERP and finance workflows
  • Document processing
  • Internal tools

What are you building?
Reply in one business day. NDA on request.

Got it. An engineer is reading your brief.

You will hear from us within one business day, usually sooner. If it is urgent, email t@moher.ai.

Signs you need this

We build integrations that respect those systems. Proper API clients, queues and retries, field-level mapping, a review step before anything writes back, and logs that show what changed, when and why.

  • Staff copying data between systems by hand every day
  • Documents and emails read and keyed in manually
  • An AI pilot that never connected to the real CRM or ERP
  • Brittle Zapier chains nobody wants to touch
  • Writes to core systems with no review or rollback
  • A warehouse full of data no workflow uses

What you get

What is included

01

CRM integration

Salesforce, HubSpot and custom CRMs: lead enrichment, call and email summaries, routing and record updates with field-level control.

02

ERP and finance workflows

NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP and similar: invoice and PO extraction, matching, coding suggestions and exception queues for staff.

03

Document processing

Extraction from PDFs, scans, emails and forms into typed records, with confidence scores and human review on low-confidence fields.

04

Internal tools

Admin panels, review queues and Slack or Teams surfaces where staff approve, edit or reject what the AI proposed.

05

API and event plumbing

Webhooks, queues, retries and idempotent writes, so a failed call is retried once and never applied twice.

06

Warehouse connections

Read from Snowflake, BigQuery or Postgres to give models the context they need, and write results back for reporting.

How it runs

How we deliver AI integration

  1. 01

    Workflow and systems audit

Shadow the team, map each step, and identify which systems need read access and which need write access.

  2. 02

    Integration design

Data mapping, auth, review points and rollback plan agreed with the system owners before code is written.

  3. 03

    Build in review mode

AI proposes, staff approve. We measure accuracy and time saved on real volume.

  4. 04

    Automate what holds up

Steps that meet the accuracy bar move to automatic, with exceptions still routed to a person.

AI integration questions

Something else? Email t@moher.ai and an engineer will answer it.

Which systems can you integrate with?

Anything with an API, a database or a file export. Common ones are Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and the major data warehouses.

Will this replace our existing tools?

No. We integrate with the tools you have. Replacing a CRM or ERP is a separate decision, and usually an unnecessary one.

How do you prevent bad writes to core systems?

Writes start behind a human review step, with validation on every field and a log of each change. Automation is switched on per step only after accuracy is measured.

We use Zapier or Make already. Do we need custom work?

Not always. Low-code tools are fine for simple flows. Custom integration makes sense when you need reliable retries, complex mapping, review queues or volume that low-code pricing punishes.

How long does an integration take?

A single workflow across two or three systems usually ships in four to eight weeks, including a review-mode period on real data.
