Daily skill game
One codebase to iOS, Android and web. Both stores, server-side daily draw, scheduled push.
Consumer apps
Consumer AI features break in ways a demo never shows: latency over a cellular connection, token cost per daily active user, outputs that get an app flagged in store review, and a model update that quietly changes behavior for a million people. We treat each of those as an engineering requirement from the first sprint.
We build the app and the AI layer together. One TypeScript codebase across iOS, Android and web, streaming responses, on-device models where they fit, a server path where they don't, an eval harness that runs before every release, and per-feature cost tracking so unit economics are known before launch.

What we build
React Native and Expo for iOS and Android, Next.js for web, shared product logic and a shared model client so a feature ships once.
Token streaming, tool calls, structured output and graceful fallback when the model times out or a request is refused.
Small models on device for latency and privacy, routed to a hosted model when the task needs it, with the routing rule tested.
Input and output classifiers, blocked-topic rules and human review queues sized to pass store review and keep support volume down.
A fixed test set of real user prompts scored on every build, so a prompt edit or model swap cannot regress silently.
Per-feature token spend, p95 latency and cache hit rate on a dashboard, with budgets that alert before they are breached.

Client names stay under NDA. The shapes do not.
One codebase to iOS, Android and web. Both stores, server-side daily draw, scheduled push.
Native mobile for a physical-product use case. Offline-first data model, both stores.
Something else? Email t@moher.ai and an engineer will answer it.
Yes. We audit the codebase, the release pipeline and the data model first, then add the AI layer behind a feature flag so it can ship to a slice of users before everyone.
Yes, including privacy labels, review correspondence for AI content, phased release and versioned rollout. We have shipped through both stores.
Whatever passes the eval at the lowest cost and latency for the task. That is often a mix: a frontier model for hard requests and a small or on-device model for the rest.
We design for data minimisation, regional storage and deletion on request, map the data flows for GDPR, CCPA and store privacy labels, and work inside your legal and privacy review. We do not claim certifications on your behalf.
One AI feature taken to production on all target surfaces, with the eval harness, cost tracking and moderation in place. Usually six to ten weeks.
Four quick questions and an email. An engineer reads every brief and replies within one business day with next steps, and a written scope follows within a week.
