Local services
AI development for local service businesses
Local service businesses do not need a platform. They need the phone answered, the calendar filled correctly and the quote sent the same day. Most off-the-shelf AI receptionists fail because they cannot see the real calendar or the business's actual rules.
We build call and chat agents connected to your calendar and CRM, intake and quoting tools built on your pricing, and the integrations between them. Because these businesses rarely have engineers, we usually run and maintain what we build on a retainer.

Got it. An engineer is reading your brief.

Problems we solve in local services
- Calls go to voicemail while staff are with customers.
- Booking rules live in the owner's head, so nobody else can book correctly.
- Quotes take days to go out and leads go cold.
- Calendar, CRM and invoicing tools do not talk to each other.
- Off-the-shelf chatbots answer with generic text that does not match the business.
- Nobody on staff can maintain an AI system once it is built.
What we build
Systems we build for local services
Call and chat booking agent
Answers calls, texts and site chat, applies your booking rules and writes appointments to the real calendar.
Intake and quoting
Structured intake that collects the details a quote needs and drafts it from your pricing for a quick human check.
Business knowledge base
Services, prices, policies and FAQs in one maintained source the agent answers from, editable without code.
Calendar, CRM and invoicing integration
Connections between the tools you already pay for, so a booking creates the contact, the job and the invoice.
Reminders and follow-up
Confirmations, reminders and review requests sent on rules you set, with consent checked before every message.
Retained operation
We monitor transcripts and errors, update the knowledge base and fix integrations when a vendor changes an API.

Why not use an off-the-shelf AI receptionist?
If one fits your calendar and rules, use it. We build when the business has rules, tools or call volume that generic products handle poorly.
Who maintains it after launch?
Usually we do, on a retainer reported against answered calls, bookings, uptime and cost. You can also take it in-house; the code and accounts are yours.
How do you handle call recording and texting consent?
We design for TCPA consent on texts and outbound calls and for call recording consent in your state, and work inside your legal review. Consent is checked before any automated message.
Which tools do you integrate with?
Common calendar, CRM, booking and invoicing tools through their APIs. We confirm access for your setup before scoping.
What does a first engagement look like?
The booking agent on one phone line and site chat. Three to six weeks to production, then retained operation.
Tell us what you need built
Four quick questions and an email. An engineer reads every brief and replies within one business day with next steps, and a written scope follows within a week.
- Written scope and price within a week
- Production deploy by week three
- Your repo and cloud from the first commit
- Senior engineers only, no account managers
