How do you protect privilege and confidentiality?
Retrieval is filtered by matter and ethical wall at query time, model providers run under terms with no training and no retention where available, and the system runs in your cloud. We work inside your firm's confidentiality and information governance policies.
How do you prevent invented citations?
Answers are generated only from retrieved documents, and a verification step checks every reference against its source. The eval suite measures citation accuracy on every release.
Can an intake agent give legal advice?
No. It collects facts, checks conflicts and routes. Refusal rules for advice are tested in the eval suite, and the agent hands to a human when a caller asks for an opinion.
Which document management systems do you work with?
We integrate through the APIs your DMS and practice management systems expose, and build a sync layer where an API is limited.
What does a first engagement look like?
Usually retrieval over one practice group's work product, or an intake agent. Eight to twelve weeks to production, including your security review.
