Are you HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA is not a certification. We design systems to the HIPAA Security Rule, run them in your cloud, use model providers that sign a BAA, and sign a BAA with you where we handle PHI. We work inside your compliance and privacy program.
Will the assistant diagnose or recommend treatment?
No. Patient-facing tools stay inside approved topics and escalate clinical questions to a person. Those boundaries are tested in the eval suite on every release.
Which EHRs can you integrate with?
We work through FHIR and the APIs EHR vendors expose to partners. Access depends on your vendor agreements, which we scope in the first week.
Do you work with wellness and non-clinical companies too?
Yes. Coaching, fitness and wellness products have lighter regulatory requirements, but we still apply safety rails around medical claims.
What does a first engagement look like?
Usually internal tooling first, documentation or staff retrieval, before anything patient-facing. Eight to twelve weeks including security review.
