Which commerce platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, custom stacks and merchant or affiliate network feeds. We work through their APIs and webhooks rather than scraping where an API exists.
How do you stop an assistant from inventing prices?
Prices and stock are never generated. They come from a tool call against live data at answer time, and the eval suite checks that every quoted price matches the source.
How is customer and payment data handled?
Card data never touches the AI layer; checkout stays with your PCI-compliant provider. Customer PII is minimised before it reaches a model, and we work inside your existing privacy program.
Can you work on an affiliate portfolio rather than one store?
Yes. Shared enrichment, link checking and attribution across many sites is a common shape for this work.
